South Louisiana - 1x
South Louisiana is Louisiana Mapping’s first map release, and it does not disappoint.
Based between the towns of Abbeville and Maurice, to the West of New Orleans, the map is set up predominantly for dairy farming, with a number of features at the main farm making silage production and animal feeding simpler. Anhydrous, Propane and Dry Corn are all new fill types included, with additional plans to add rice as a further fill type in future updates. Floodable fields are located in a corner of the map, with a clever valve system changing the water level in the field to visually fill the field with water.
A number of custom buildings are scattered through out, with recognisable brand names including Texaco, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell featuring.
In total there are 52 number fields which includes grass pastures along with arable land.
The sugar mill is only available seasonally, to align with the typical operating period in the region.
